Dear AOL,
     You really suck. I came online and looked at something in my favorites. I closed off the page when I was finished and I went to open another from my favorites. And now my favorites are missing somehow. I'd like to thank you for upsetting me since we pay twenty-five dollars a month just so you can bring me further irritation that I would not get if I wasn't using your shit-assed service.

You suck and I hate you.
